As I listen to the rhythm of my life, I am shifting the release date of this blog and choosing to let go of unnecessary pressures. These words are offered as a gentle grounding…an invitation to settle into my rhythm, and perhaps yours too.
…Read them slowly.
Offerings
With open hands
Let the chaff fall away
Watch what you believed was life ~ fade away
Trust
Breathe deeply
Exhale what drains you
Release what isn’t yours to carry
Inhale sparks of renewal
Twinkles
Delight
Eyes Awakened
Attentive Ears
Sync to the rhythm
Soften your grip—feel your fingers move
Turn your face toward the light
Let your lips curve into joy
Receive...He is making all things new
…Declare His praise
Let it be so…
As winter wraps you in its stillness, be assured of His faithfulness—His promises are sure, and He is at work in ways you cannot yet see.
See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. Isaiah 43:19
He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” Revelation 21:5
Turn my eyes from looking at worthless things; and give me life in your ways. Psalm 119:37
Reflection:
In what areas of your life do you need to trust that He is making a way, even when it’s not immediately visible?
How can you more fully receive the new thing God is doing, even if you can’t see all the details yet?
Til next time,
Lisa

So beautiful, friend. Thank you for these words 💛 I needed them.
Thank you Lisa for this reminder that God is doing a new thing even if I see nothing. I needed it.
